Does your Firm charge for an initial consultation?
As part of the initial consultation, we work to resolve your issues and give you guidance and advice on the law and how it affects you. At times, the initial consultation is the only necessary contact with the Firm. For the time and advice we provide our clients, the Firm charges an initial consultation fee.
What happens after I schedule an initial consultation?
You will meet with Attorney Enita Kushi and discuss your case. If your case is not complex, the initial consultation may be adequate to resolve the issue. If the matter requires further research and investigation, you will have an opportunity to decide if you would like to retain the Firm to continue working on your case. If we advise that we will charge you a flat fee, we will quote you the fee.
What do I bring with me at the initial consultation?
You should bring all documents, pictures, notes, and correspondence related to your matter. You can also mail them to the office before your initial consultation, email them to [email protected] or fax them to 855-858-3637.

Do I have to sign a written agreement to retain the Firm?
We like transparency and want our clients to know what is expected of us and what is expected of them in the ongoing relationship. The agreement is clear and concise which, among other information, explains the scope of the work the Firm will perform on your behalf, the fee structure, communication and storage of your file.
What is the retainer I need to pay to hire the Firm?
It simply depends on your matter. If it is for ongoing advice and counsel, the retainer amount is $700. If it is for an going court case, the retainer may be from $1,500 to $5,000+, which will depend on the facts and complexity of the case.
What happens after I retain your Firm?
We start working on your case immediately.
Will you timely respond to my emails or telephone calls?
We understand that your case is important to you and your family. We do manage our time wisely and respond timely.
Can I refer family, friends and colleagues to the Firm?
Yes! We would be honored to help your family members, friends and colleagues. If the area they need assistance with is outside of our expertise, we will assist in referring them to an attorney who can assist .
Do you represent clients outside of Florida?
We represent clients who do not live in Florida but have matters pending in Florida.
Does the Firm take cases on a contingency fee basis?
At this time, the Firm does not take on cases on a contingency fee basis.
What happens if the Firm cannot represent me?
From time to time, due to a conflict of interest, it may be possible that the Firm may not be able to represent you. The Firm will gladly refer you to other attorneys.
